ResumeAI provides an AI-powered resume building platform that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes. Our service includes resume templates, AI content generation, ATS optimization, and cover letter creation.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to create content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent, or to impersonate any person or entity.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ResumeAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Resume content you create belongs to you.
Some features require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
ResumeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
